Jefferson Street
Jefferson Street Senior Housing in Napa was conceived by a local community-based housing organization, Napa Valley Community Housing (NVCH). Combining their development expertise and extensive community ties with CCH's vast experience in senior housing, enabled us to secure funding from seven different sources, including federal, state, local, and private funds. The Section 202 capital advance program ensures that the low-income senior residents do not have to pay more than 30% of their income on rent and utilities.
Jefferson Street is a 78-unit, three-story senior community with a central atrium and mezzanine. The site, formerly occupied by the Forest Service as an arboretum, has beautiful, forested outdoor space. Strong local partnerships facilitate delivery of resident services and make Jefferson Street Senior Housing a wonderful place to call home.
