Don Stump Southlake Tower

This lovely senior community with its friendly staff, named for long-time President and CEO Don Sump, is a great place to call home.

Hatler-May Village

Hatler-May Village is an affordable three-story property offering 77 one and two bedroom apartments for low-income seniors in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Six years in development, this state-of-the-art community opened in October 2016 providing low-income residents with more than a home.

Mountain Falls I & II Senior Apartment Community

Mountain Falls is an affordable apartment community for seniors ages 62 or older. It is located in the center of town with easy access to medical services and shopping.

This community offers HUD subsidized housing for low income seniors. Staff includes full time maintenance staff and manager during weekdays. With very quiet surroundings and well-kept building and grounds, the property also offers onsite laundry and parking. Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit. This is a great place to call home.

Woodland Christian Towers

Built in 1971, Woodland Christian Towers is a 7 story high-rise building designed to provide affordable housing to very low income seniors age 62 and older, and disabled persons 18 years of age or older. Offering a total of 126 apartments, conveniently located near shopping, public transportation, and Interstate 45 North in Houston, Texas.

Westlake Christian Terrace West

Westlake Christian Terrace West is a 200 apartment highrise in downtown Oakland, California. Christian Church Homes built this building in 1976 to address the need for affordable senior housing in the area. Via Pacifica Gardens

Via Pacifica Gardens is an 80 apartment senior community in Aptos, California. It was built in 1987 by CCH and Seascape Senior Housing Inc., the local non-profit owner, to provide affordable housing to seniors ages 62 and over. Cottage style apartments, 2 story low rise apartment buildings, and a welcoming community building comprise this architectural award winning property. Situated in a residential community close to Monterey Bay, the location and beauty of Via Pacifica Gardens is outstanding.

Tree House Senior Apartments

Tree House Senior Apartments is a 61 unit apartment complex located off Lake Boulevard in north Redding. Nestled on a hillside, residents have spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Built in 1995, Tree House is sponsored by CCH and owned by a local, non-profit board of directors, Tree House Senior Apts, Inc. Tree House offers very low income seniors age 62 and over a place to call home.

The Meadows

The Meadows was built in 1974 by Visalia Senior Housing, Inc., a local nonprofit.  It offers 100 cottage style apartments situated on beautifully landscaped grounds enhanced by flowering fruit trees and a large garden. The Meadows serves low and very low income seniors age 62 and over. Residents at The Meadows receive priority for Section 8 vouchers from the Tulare Housing Authority.

Syringa Plaza

Syringa Plaza was built in 1995 by First Christian Church, Burley, Idaho to provide affordable housing to very low income seniors age 62 and over. Syringa Plaza has 40 apartments in 1 two story building in Burley, Idaho. Syringa Plaza offers ample outdoor space with a large landscaped courtyard and walking path around the perimeter of the property. There are nearby restaurants and markets and downtown Burley is just 5 blocks away! Syringa Plaza combines the beauty of nature with the benefits of city living.
