Located in the heart of Redding’s revitalized downtown, Hotel Redding is close to services, shopping, public transportation and entertainment. Built in 1926, this landmark building was rehabilitated by CCH in 2002 and now offers 49 comfortable apartments to low income seniors age 55 and over.

Harrison Street Senior Housing

Harrison Street Senior Housing opens September 2012.  Developed by CCH and sponsored by CCH and Oakland Housing Initiatives, this downtown property is located near shopping, entertainment, and all the cultural activities Oakland has to offer. This six-story building offers 72 apartments to very low income seniors ages 62 and over. This is a “GreenPoint Rated Certified” property offering energy efficiency and “green” features for sustainable and healthier living. It also offers exceptional accessibility features.

Garfield Park Village

Garfield Park Village was built by Christian Church Homes in 1964 to provide affordable housing to low-income seniors age 62 and over. This wonderful community of cottage style apartments and a 2 story low rise building, offer 94 apartments of comfortable living in Santa Cruz, CA. Close to the beach, shopping, and public transportation, Garfield Park Village is a unique place to call home.

Flower Park Plaza

Flower Park Plaza offers affordable “California Dreamin’!” This 11 story building in beautiful Southern California has 198 studios and one bedroom apartments for seniors age 62 and over, and disabled individuals age 18 or over who would benefit from the special features of our limited number of accessible apartments. Located close to the Santa Ana Civic Center, South Coast Plaza, Little Saigon, and many local attractions, Flower Park Plaza has an ideal location with accessible public transportation nearby. Flower Park is owned and managed by CCH.

Fargo Senior Center

Fargo Senior Center is a 75 apartment senior community in San Leandro, California. Built in 1973, and fully renovated in 2013, this 2 story low-rise provides affordable living for low-income seniors age 62 and over. Nearby shopping opportunities and readily accessible public transportation make this a great place to call home.

Dogwood Plaza

Dogwood Plaza was built in 2004 to provide affordable housing to very low income seniors age 62 and over.  The community has 50 one-bedroom apartments in a three-story building within a residential neighborhood.  The campus offers ample outdoor space with large landscaped areas and a walking path.  We are located near Boise’s largest shopping area and a major food chain.

Disciples Village Odessa

Disciples Village Odessa is a residential community for very low income seniors ages 62 or older, including individuals who are elderly and mobility impaired. Disciples Village Odessa is a 30 apartment community that encourages an active lifestyle where residents have complete freedom to come and go as they please.

Disciples Village II

Disciples Village II is a residential community for very low income seniors ages 62 or older, including individuals who are elderly and mobility impaired. Owned by Disciples Housing of Odessa, Texas II and completed in 2010, this property welcomes you into its sunny lobby and invites you to become one of our 30 fortunate residents.

Cedar Street Senior Apt. & 703 Cedar St.

Built in 2005 and 2003 respectively, 703 Cedar Street and the Cedar Street Senior Apartments offer a combined 20 one bedroom apartments to seniors age 62 and over. Built and owned by local non-profit boards, these properties provide affordable housing to very low income seniors. All apartments are located on the ground level; a few are equipped for persons who are visually and/or hearing impaired and a few for mobility impaired persons. Located on the edge of town, residents enjoy beautiful countryside views and a short stroll into town. Accessible public transportation to Eureka and other areas is just one block away.
