The Meadows
The Meadows was built in 1974 by Visalia Senior Housing, Inc., a local nonprofit. It offers 100 cottage style apartments situated on beautifully landscaped grounds enhanced by flowering fruit trees and a large garden. The Meadows serves low and very low income seniors age 62 and over. Residents at The Meadows receive priority for Section 8 vouchers from the Tulare Housing Authority.
Hotel Redding

Built in 1973, and fully renovated in 2013, this 2 story low-rise provides affordable living for low-income seniors age 62 and over.
