CCH Community Featured in Weekly Blog

It is a two story building, green and yellow with white trim.Enterprise Community Partners, a nonprofit organization that creates funding opportunities to support the development of affordable housing for diverse communities, featured Sierra Meadows, a CCH-managed community, in their “Spotlight on HOME” blog.

Sierra Meadows opened its doors in 2011. At the time, this community became the first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold-certified, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly development in the State of California.

CCH Vice President of Real Estate Development Kathleen Mertz shares, “Sierra Meadows is a great example of affordable housing built through strong partnerships and committed team members. We are pleased to provide our senior residents with a community that offers comfort, character, and consideration for the environment.”
