The main building offers an electronically controlled entry and convenient underground parking. Behind the main building, clustered bungalows provide privacy along landscaped pathways which lead to the Dozier Community Room and outdoor seating near the attractive fountain and flowering fruit trees.
Antioch Hillcrest Terrace is an affordable apartment community for seniors ages 62 or older. Built by Antioch Hillcrest Terrace Senior Housing Inc. in 1999, it offers 64 apartments to low and extremely low income seniors. Its location near medical facilities, banks, shopping opportunities and readily accessible public transportation make this a great place to call “home”.
