Don Stump Southlake Tower

Don Stump Southlake Tower, owned and renovated by CCH in 2004, has 130 affordable apartment homes for very low income seniors age 62 and over. Westlake Christian Terrace West

Westlake Christian Terrace West is a 200 apartment highrise in downtown Oakland, California. Christian Church Homes built this building in 1976 to address the need for affordable senior housing in the area. Sylvester Rutledge Manor is a 65 unit apartment complex. Built in 2003, this North Oakland senior community is conveniently located near public transportation and shopping.

St. Mary’s Garden

St. Mary’s Gardens is an affordable housing community for seniors owned by St. Mary’s Elderly Housing Corporation. Built in 1979, it offers 100 apartments to seniors age 62 or over who qualify as very low or extremely low income according to HUD income limits for the area.

Sister Thea Bowman Manor is an affordable housing community for seniors owned by St. Columba Development Corporation. The community offers 56 apartments to seniors age 62 or over who qualify as very low or extremely low income, according to HUD income limits for the area, and those 18 years of age or older with disabilities, requiring accessibility features in a unit.

Percy Abrams Jr. Senior Apartments

Percy Abrams, Jr. Senior Apartments is a 44 unit senior community in Oakland, California. Owned by the Abrams Housing Corp, it was built in 2006 to provide affordable low income housing for seniors.

Harrison Street Senior Housing

Harrison Street Senior Housing opens September 2012.  Developed by CCH and sponsored by CCH and Oakland Housing Initiatives, this downtown property is located near shopping, entertainment, and all the cultural activities Oakland has to offer. This six-story building offers 72 apartments to very low income seniors ages 62 and over. This is a “GreenPoint Rated Certified” property offering energy efficiency and “green” features for sustainable and healthier living. It also offers exceptional accessibility features.

Bishop Roy C. Nichols

Bishop Roy C. Nichol Senior Housing is an affordable apartment community sponsored by Downs Memorial United Methodist Church in North Oakland. Completed in 2002, it offers 18 apartments to seniors ages 62 or over who qualify as very low income according to HUD income limits for the area.

Beth Eden

Beth Eden was built in 1974 by Beth Eden Housing Development to provide affordable housing to very low income seniors age 62 and over. Beth Eden has 54 apartments in 8 two story buildings on a tree-lined corner of the Acorn District. Beth Eden offers ample outdoor space with a large landscaped courtyard and walking paths. There are nearby restaurants and markets and downtown Oakland is just 2 blocks away! Beth Eden combines the beauty of nature with the benefits of city living.
