We Build Caring Communities One Person at a Time

The meaningful work we do as a team benefits very low income seniors who might otherwise have no place to call home. At our caring communities, seniors are able to age in place while living in safe, comfortable homes and remain actively connected with others.

Positions in Property Management

We offer a variety of positions in property management for the 50+ communities we manage. Office Assistants, Assistant Community Managers and Community Managers work together onsite to maintain the financial and regulatory requirements associated with government-funded and tax credit housing. Our team includes Social Service Associates, who provide assistance and support to our residents. Our trusted Maintenance crews maintain the location’s appearance and safety, and are available to provide needed repairs. Our Regional Portfolio Managers oversee multiple assigned properties. They meet regularly with senior staff to discuss the properties and personnel, to assure consistency and excellence.

At the Central Office in Walnut Creek, a number of teams work diligently to help maintain and grow the solid foundation of the organization. Our Development team focuses on identifying and managing the renovation of current properties as well as construction of new locations. Compliance assures we adhere to current and new federal and location-specific regulations, providing guidance as well as reports and analyses. Our Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing and IT teams provide support and services to our wonderful employees and organization.

Regular full-time employees working at least 30 or more hours a week enjoy a generous total compensation package. Provided at little to no cost for employees are medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and employee assistance plans. CCH also provides flexible spending accounts for healthcare, dependent, and commuting expenses. The company contributes 8% to employees’ retirement accounts, effective upon hire, without employees having to contribute and without a vesting period. There are 11 designated holidays. New, full-time employees accrue up to 18 days of PTO in the first year.
