St. Mary’s Gardens is an affordable housing community for seniors owned by St. Mary’s Elderly Housing Corporation. Built in 1979, it offers 100 apartments to seniors age 62 or over who qualify as very low or extremely low income according to HUD income limits for the area.

Apartment Amenities:

• Kitchens with electric range/oven, refrigerator and garbage disposal
• Wall-to-wall carpet and mini blinds
• Cable TV Hook-up
• A limited number of apartments have features for the mobility impaired
