During these trying times, CCH remains focused on the health, safety and wellness of our residents and staff. With safety uppermost in mind, we continue to adjust to the changing evolution of living life with a world-wide pandemic. In following the guidance of the CDC and federal, state and local health officials, we have implemented safety measures and new ways of conducting business to provide as safe an environment as possible.
Despite the difficulties of this pandemic, our focus is razor sharp on working with our dedicated staff to provide quality housing for our residents in a caring community. We take seriously our role as an essential business. In addition to implementing a CCH-COVID-19 Prevention, Preparedness and Response Plan, we are mindful of our responsibilities to maintain fair housing, to promote legislative mandates, such as encouraging completion of the 2020 Census, and to advocate for affordable housing on behalf of our most valued and often vulnerable senior population.
